Ready Restoration LLC, doing business as Property Restoration of Capital Region, is proud to be an affiliate of Property Restoration Inc., a trusted name in disaster recovery and restoration services. With an established office in Albany, NY, and a new location in Latham, NY, we are strategically expanding to better serve the Capital Region's growing need for full-service disaster restoration solutions.
Leading our Capital Region operations is Managing Partner Evan MacFawn. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the disaster restoration and construction industries, Evan brings a deep understanding of the entire project lifecycle—from technical fieldwork to executive leadership. His journey began in the warehouse, and through years of dedication and growth, he advanced through roles in technician work, project management, sales, administration, and general management.
Evan is a graduate of Drexel University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Management. He holds several advanced industry credentials, including:
- Master Water, Fire, and Textile Restorer – Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
- New York State and Florida Licensed Mold Remediator
- OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification
- Additional IICRC certifications in specialized restoration disciplines
